Welcome Home Rentals is a small, non-traditional management company in Lacey, WA. We are selective in who we take on as customers to ensure we are providing the best customer service at all times. Quality over quantity; neither you, nor your resident is just a number.

In addition to providing quality homes to renters, we also provide full property and HOA Management services for owners.
Full Management Service
This is the A-Z of your home. Marketing, showing, lease signing, handling ALL financials! Just get a statement once a month that tells you exactly what happened, smile, and call it good! Monthly management fees are negotiated based upon the home and the owners needs. See our FAQ for additional details!
Lease-Up Service
It's not always easy to rent your home! Also, in case you didn't know, there are A LOT of laws about what you can say in ads, even in the directions you give on how to get to your home. We will market, show, sign the agreement, and collect initial funds. Then, you can take it from there. There is only a one time fee for this service.
HOA Management
Who wants to chastise their neighbor for an unkempt lawn?! Let us help. Your HOA/Condo Association is built to help EVERYONE maintain the value of their home, we can help you maintain that order and efficiency. CC&R's and Governing Documents can be hard to understand, we can help make this process seamless. See our FAQ for additional details!
