Bye-bye Christmas Tree!!

It’s time to dispose of the live holiday trees. There are several options depending on where you live. Before using any of these options please remove all decorations.

Inside City Limits of Lacey: Place it curbside before 8:00 a.m. Saturday, January 7th. As a service project, local Boy Scouts will be picking them up for recycling. This is a tremendous effort on their part and donations are welcome at www.bit.ly/TreeRU. 100% of the funds go to local troops.

Thurston County: Trees can be taken to the Hawk's Prairie Landfill at no charge through January 14th.

LeMay Customers: Cut the tree into 3-foot sections and place it in the organics bin.
