It's Getting Cold! That means Faucet Cover Time!

It's about to get colder!! It's time to get out those faucet covers!!! Remove ALL hoses from exterior faucets (hose bibs) and leave them off. Each faucet should have a faucet cover snugly installed. Even if you have a frost-free faucet, if it wasn't installed perfectly it can still have freezing water inside and cause substantial damage.

It's also a great time to check your smoke detectors and weather stripping. For my amazing residents who are reading this, please let me know if you need help addressing any of these things. Keep you and your home safe and defrosted this holiday season!
